A slightly cool morning across the region as a warming trend begins across SOKY. Temperatures this afternoon will warm to near the 50° mark. This will begin our warming trend the will see our high temperatures warm into the 5os and 60s and even the upper 60s by the weekend.
We will be setting under mostly clear skies for the next couple of days as we get a chance to have a couple of more dry days before our next major chance of rain.
We are monitoring a system that will move into the area on Thursday evening that will bring with it our next chance of heavy rain. This system will last into your weekend, with rain lasting into Saturday.
The question is whether or not we will be at risk for severe thunderstorms on Saturday. We are watching it closely and will keep you updated here on the blog and on Facebook and Twitter.
