It is a cool start across Southern Kentucky this morning with temperatures in the mid to upper 30s across the region.
As we progress into the afternoon temperatures will not have much of a chance to warm without sunshine in the area. Overcast skies will dominate the region giving keeping us relatively cool.
The radar this morning just shows a couple of isolated showers stretching from Hopkins County to Macon County in Tennessee.
These shower chances will increase as we progress into the night, with heavier rain possible this afternoon, overall precipitation amounts should remain pretty low.
