This morning is a bit of a cooler start across the regions as temperatures overnight fell into the upper 30s around the region and we are starting off for the most part around the region around the 40° mark.
We are also off to a bit of drier start across the region this morning as we are experiencing a break in the rain showers across the region.
Over the next 18 hours rainfall will move back into the region. There even could be an isolated rumble of thunder with one of the showers but that will not be widespread. Rainfall over this period does not look to be as heavy as the rain that we received yesterday but nevertheless it is in the forecast.
We have another system that will be moving through the region on Saturday that could bring with it some snowflakes. At this time it is way to early and there is too much uncertainty to say what kind of impacts that we could see from that. We will keep you updated with the latest here on the blog as well as with our afternoon video updates on our social media platforms!
