Temperatures across the region this morning are starting off quite nicely in the upper 40s and even some locations starting off in the low 50s.
We will see some sunshine this afternoon, but clouds will be on the increase later in the afternoon ahead of another system that will be moving toward our region. This system does not look to bring with it anything in terms of preciptiation other than a few light sprinkles and maybe an isolated shower for your Thursday.
This is Severe Weather Awareness Week here in Kentucky, and today is the day of the Statwide Tornado Drill. At 9:07 CST/10:07 EST a test will be issued that will have all Sirens, Weather Radios, and other alert devices activated. Make sure that you are listening and waiting for those alerts to go out.
