It is an extremely cold start this morning across Southern Kentucky with temperatures in the upper 10s region wide, but when you factor in the wind, wind chills across the region are just downright frigid! Most areas are seeing wind chills in the single digits, and parts of Kentucky are even seeing wind chills near 0°.
Temperatures will warm up some throughout the day with sunshine dominating the skies. I know it will be a welcome sight to see the sun out and shining after all of the rain and clouds that we have dealt with over the last couple of weeks.
The forecast looks great for the next couple of days with no rain chances in sight until we approach your Monday and our next weather maker moves into the region. So enjoy these next couple of days of sunshine before rain makes its way back into the forecast!
