Another rainy day is on tap for Southern Kentucky as a cold front will be approaching the region from the west. The rain today will not be as widespread as what we saw yesterday but you will need the rain gear as you head out for your morning commute.
The rain should clear out by late afternoon as the cold front moves through bringing with it cooler temperatures.
Overall we look to be entering into a bit more of an unsettled pattern across the area as the Climate Prediction Center has our area forecast to be wetter than normal over the next 6-10 days.
Temperatures during the same period are expected to be warmer and normal (sorry snow lovers).
Today: Rain, turning scattered in the afternoon, winds out of the southwest at 5-10 mph, Hi: 55°
Tonight: Scattered showers likely, winds out of the southwest at 5-10 mph, could be gusty at times, Lo: 35°
Saturday: 70% Chance of showers in the morning, becoming widely scattered in the afternoon, winds out of the west at 5-10 mph, Hi: 41°
Have a Great Day!
